How We Started
Back in the early nineties, the team behind Solanaland initially ventured into real estate development by constructiong a series of high-end houses followed by a mid-rise condominium project in Pasong Tamo, Makati. By 1997, they finally opened their first residential subdivision, Lakeshore Homes located in Muntinlupa City – a 3-hectare project which took only a short 18-month period to complete from land development to making the final sale. Following that project, the team engaged in buying and selling several plots of properties in CALABARZON at the same time constructing several luxury homes for private clients in premium subdivision projects, including La Vista subdivision in Katipunan, Quezon City.
In 2006, they finally returned to their hometown, San Fernando, Pampanga and began exploring the real estate market by initially building a number of housing units in existing subdivisions in the city. Opportunities in the local real estate market proved promising, and so, the team again ventured into developing residential subdivisions, beginning with Richmond Homes. This 10-hecare 500-unit project became an instant hit and was completely sold out only 24 months after opening. Owing to this early success, Solanaland has been continuously developing residential housing projects, opening new developments year after year.
